- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained & chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh basil.
