Description

  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach, washed & chopped
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained & chopped

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in heavy cream, then stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  • Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh basil.
