- 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, cod, or any white fish)
- ½ cup chopped clams (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the broth, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and corn, letting it warm through.
- Add shrimp, fish, and clams. Simmer for 5 minutes until seafood is cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
