  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, cod, or any white fish)
  • ½ cup chopped clams (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the broth, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and corn, letting it warm through.
  • Add shrimp, fish, and clams. Simmer for 5 minutes until seafood is cooked.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
