  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Cooking spray or olive oil (to grease the dish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
