- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or kale)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter or olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion, garlic, carrots, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until veggies soften.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
