  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Creamy Garlic Mushroom Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season the Chicken: Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Stir well.
