- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- ¾ cup chopped dill pickles
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, pickle juice, ranch dressing mix, dill, chives, and chopped pickles.
- Toast panko breadcrumbs in butter until golden, then mix with crispy fried onions.
- Fold ¾ of the topping into the dip, transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with the remaining topping. Garnish with dill and chives. Serve immediately with chips or veggies.
Notes
- For extra crunch, only add the topping before serving.
- You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
