Description
A rich and comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, a velvety Parmesan cream sauce, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect for cozy dinners or quick weeknight meals.
Ingredients

8 oz dried pasta (penne, ziti, or rigatoni)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup onion, finely chopped

3–4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp butter
-
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

½ tsp each: Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, pepper

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-
Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onions 2–3 mins.

Add garlic and butter, cook 30 secs. Add chicken and seasonings. Cook 3–5 mins.

Stir in cream, pasta water, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer 3–4 mins.

Add cooked pasta, toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best sauce consistency.

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes.
