Description

A creamy and crunchy pasta salad combining seasoned chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan, croutons, and pasta all tossed in Caesar dressing. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • ¾ tsp black pepper

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 8 oz dry penne pasta (or bow tie, rotini, etc.)

  • 1½ cups croutons

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and fully cooked (8–10 minutes). Let cool, then cube.

  • Cook pasta, drain, and rinse under cool water.

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, croutons, dressing, and Parmesan.

  • Toss gently until fully coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use halal-certified Caesar dressing.

  • For crunch, toast croutons before adding.

  • Keep lettuce separate if prepping ahead.

  • Substitute with gluten-free pasta if needed.
