A creamy and crunchy pasta salad combining seasoned chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan, croutons, and pasta all tossed in Caesar dressing. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!
Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

¾ tsp salt

¾ tsp black pepper

¾ tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

8 oz dry penne pasta (or bow tie, rotini, etc.)

1½ cups croutons

3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

¾ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and fully cooked (8–10 minutes). Let cool, then cube.

Cook pasta, drain, and rinse under cool water.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, croutons, dressing, and Parmesan.

Toss gently until fully coated. Serve immediately.

Use halal-certified Caesar dressing.

For crunch, toast croutons before adding.
