Instructions
- Hard-boil eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chives, then chill before serving.
