Description

Creamy, tangy, and full of flavor, these classic deviled eggs are the perfect appetizer for parties, picnics, or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs (hard-boiled)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1.  Hard-boil eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chives, then chill before serving.

Notes

  •  For smoother filling, blend the yolks in a food processor.
  • Add a dash of hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Make ahead and store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
