Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine chicken, eggs, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, celery salt, white pepper, and red pepper.

Fold in ½ cup of mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy but not too wet.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours).

Stir in the remaining mayonnaise before serving.

Garnish with paprika and parsley. Serve chilled.
