- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Combine: Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Prepare Dough Balls: Roll chilled dough into balls, press an indent into each, and fill with marshmallow fluff. Swirl fluff with a toothpick.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chilling the dough prevents spreading and ensures chewy cookies.
- For extra marshmallow swirl, add more fluff halfway through baking.
