These no-bake chocolate-covered strawberry yogurt clusters are a refreshing, protein-packed frozen treat made with just 5 wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a healthy snack or light dessert, they’re creamy, crunchy, sweet, and totally satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (stems removed)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat or higher)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Wash, dry, and dice strawberries.

  • Mix strawberries with Greek yogurt and vanilla extract in a bowl.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture per cluster onto the sheet.

  • Freeze for 30–45 minutes or until firm.

  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  • Dip each frozen cluster into melted chocolate using a spoon.

  • Place back on the baking sheet. Freeze again for 10–15 minutes to set.

  • Serve frozen and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.

  • Pat strawberries dry to prevent watery clusters.

  • Customize with other fruits or toppings like shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
