This Chicken Souvlaki is tender, juicy, and packed with zesty Mediterranean flavor. Marinated in lemon, garlic, and herbs, it’s perfect for grilling, air frying, or baking. Serve it in warm pita, over rice, or on a salad for a fresh and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp Greek seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

Juice of 1 large lemon

½ tsp salt

½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Thread chicken onto skewers (optional).

Grill: Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F.

Air Fryer: Cook at 370°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Oven: Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra color.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
