- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Slice chicken into thin strips and season with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

- Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.
- Assemble Quesadillas: Place a tortilla in a skillet, sprinkle cheese on one side, add cooked chicken and veggies, top with more cheese, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook Quesadillas: Cook for 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
