Description

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor! Perfect for parties, game days, or casual family dinners. Made with soft Hawaiian rolls, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, melty mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing, all topped with a buttery garlic mixture and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar cheese)
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected, and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  • Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  • Assemble: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • Add Garlic Butter Topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • To make it spicier, add chopped jalapeños or drizzle with buffalo sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To freeze, prepare but do not bake. Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen at 350°F for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
