- 2 cups uncooked rotini or penne
- 6 strips crispy bacon, chopped
- 2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups half and half
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Fry bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, and chop.
- Season chicken and cook in bacon drippings until golden. Set aside.
- Make the sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and whisking in flour, half and half, ranch seasoning, and cheese until creamy.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce; top with bacon. Serve hot.
