  • 1 package Jimmy Dean® Regular Premium Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups half-and-half or milk

  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix (like Bisquick)

  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped tomatoes, fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Cook sausage in skillet for 8–10 minutes, breaking into crumbles. Drain.

  • Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish and layer sausage, green onions, and cheese.

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk/half-and-half, and baking mix until smooth.

  • Pour over sausage mixture.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
