Instructions

Creating cheesy chicken quesadillas is simple if you follow these steps:

1. Cook the Vegetables: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft, about 5 minutes.

2. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

3. Assemble the Quesadillas: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. On half of the tortilla, add a portion of the seasoned chicken, sautéed vegetables, and a generous amount of shredded cheese.

4. Fold the Tortilla: Carefully fold the tortilla in half, covering the filling. Press down gently to secure.
