These cheesy breakfast sliders are the perfect combination of soft Hawaiian rolls, fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, all baked to golden perfection. Quick to prepare and great for meal prep, they are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or on-the-go meals.

- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 ½ cups cooked and crumbled turkey bacon (or regular bacon)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the eggs.
- Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Substitute bacon with sausage, ham, or a vegetarian alternative.
- Add a thin layer of cream cheese for extra richness.
- Make ahead by assembling the night before and baking in the morning.
