  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked rice (optional)
  • ½ cup black beans (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup salsa

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, and garlic, then brown the beef. Add spices, tomato sauce, and water, then simmer.
  • Warm the Tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
  • Assemble the Burritos: Layer cheese, beef, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa on each tortilla.
  • Fold the Burrito: Tuck in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
