- 4 large flour tortillas

- ½ cup black beans (optional)
- ½ cup chopped lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, and garlic, then brown the beef. Add spices, tomato sauce, and water, then simmer.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble the Burritos: Layer cheese, beef, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa on each tortilla.
- Fold the Burrito: Tuck in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Toast the Burrito (Optional): Place seam-side down in a skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side for extra crispiness.
