  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup bell peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta – Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown the Beef – In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter, sauté onions, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Seasonings – Stir in garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Make the Cheese Sauce – Lower the heat, add butter and heavy cream, then stir in cheese until smooth.
