Description

These easy Chicken Parmesan Sliders are made with crispy chicken tenders, rich marinara, melty mozzarella, and buttery garlic rolls—perfect for dinner, parties, or game day snacking.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

  • 1 lb fully cooked breaded chicken tenders

  • 2 cups marinara or pasta sauce (Rao’s recommended)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  • Slice rolls in half and place bottom halves in the dish.

  • Place one chicken tender on each roll bottom.

  • Spoon marinara sauce over each tender.

  • Sprinkle combined mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce.

  • Place top buns over cheese.

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over tops.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
