Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
  • Heat butter or oil in a clean skillet. Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle cheese, add beef mixture, then more cheese, and top with another tortilla.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice into wedges and serve with burger sauce, ketchup, or ranch.
