- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Heat butter or oil in a clean skillet. Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle cheese, add beef mixture, then more cheese, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice into wedges and serve with burger sauce, ketchup, or ranch.
