Description
This Charcuterie-Board Flatbread combines the best elements of a charcuterie board—salty prosciutto, creamy burrata, crisp apples, and crunchy almonds—all drizzled with honey and served on soft flatbread. Perfect as a no-cook appetizer, quick snack, or light meal!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large flatbread (naan, pita, or similar)
- 4–6 slices prosciutto
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Pink Lady recommended)
- 4 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds (toasted if preferred)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Place flatbread on a serving platter. If desired, warm it in the oven or skillet for a few minutes.
- Layer prosciutto slices evenly across the flatbread.
- Add thinly sliced apple pieces, distributing them evenly.
- Tear burrata into chunks and place over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit prosciutto and add roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes.
- To prevent sogginess, assemble the flatbread right before serving.
