  • Author: Clara Whisk
  • Total Time: 10–13 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Halal

Description

This Charcuterie-Board Flatbread combines the best elements of a charcuterie board—salty prosciutto, creamy burrata, crisp apples, and crunchy almonds—all drizzled with honey and served on soft flatbread. Perfect as a no-cook appetizer, quick snack, or light meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flatbread (naan, pita, or similar)
  • 46 slices prosciutto
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Pink Lady recommended)
  • 4 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds (toasted if preferred)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Place flatbread on a serving platter. If desired, warm it in the oven or skillet for a few minutes.
  • Layer prosciutto slices evenly across the flatbread.
  • Add thinly sliced apple pieces, distributing them evenly.
  • Tear burrata into chunks and place over the top.
  • Sprinkle chopped almonds and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit prosciutto and add roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • To prevent sogginess, assemble the flatbread right before serving.
