Ingredients

Scale
  • Base Ingredients:
    • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 4 green onions, chopped
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    • ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • Seafood:
    • 8 oz medium shrimp, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 8 oz crab claw meat

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Fold in green onions, cheddar cheese, shrimp, and crab meat until evenly combined.
  • Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • For best results, use fresh crab meat instead of imitation.
  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste if you prefer less spice.
