Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in green onions, cheddar cheese, shrimp, and crab meat until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
