Description
A refreshing, color-changing mocktail made with butterfly pea flower tea, fresh mint, and lime juice. It’s naturally caffeine-free, hydrating, and fun to make. Perfect for summer days, brunches, and special gatherings.
Ingredients
For the Tea Base (8 servings):

2 Tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers (or 4 tea bags)

2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves (or 2 mint tea bags)

½ cup granulated sugar

4 cups boiling water

4 cups ice
For Each Mocktail:

4 oz chilled blue tea

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (≈1 oz)

Lime wheels and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions

Steep butterfly pea flowers, mint, and sugar in 4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Strain over a pitcher of ice to chill.

Store tea base in the fridge for up to 72 hours.

To serve, pour 4 oz chilled tea into a glass with ice.

Slowly add lime juice over the back of a spoon for a layered effect.

Garnish with lime wheel and mint. Stir to enjoy the color change.
Notes

Do not pre-mix lime juice into the tea base.

Use fresh lime for best color and flavor.

For a fizzy twist, top with sparkling water.
