  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Notes

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the special sauce.
  • Divide lettuce into bowls, then top with cooked beef, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle with the special sauce and serve immediately.
