Description

These Bunny Brownies are rich, fudgy, and decorated to look like adorable bunnies—perfect for Easter, spring parties, or kid-friendly treats!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • Mini marshmallows (for tails)
  • Pink decorating sugar
  • Candy eyes
  • Pink jellybeans or M&M’s (for noses)
  • White chocolate chips (for bunny ears)

Instructions

  • Prepare & Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Mix brownie batter, pour into the pan, and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Cut Bunny Shapes: Use a bunny cookie cutter to cut out shapes. If using a knife, cut an oval head and two ears.
  • Decorate: Frost brownies, sprinkle coconut for fur, attach candy eyes and a jellybean nose, and use chocolate chips for ears.
  • Final Touches: Add pink sugar inside the ears and place a mini marshmallow on the back for the tail.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Let set for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy these cute Easter brownies!

Notes

  • For a chocolate overload, drizzle melted chocolate before decorating.
  • If you don’t have a bunny cutter, use a round cutter for bunny faces and add separate ears.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or freeze for up to 2 months.
