- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
- 2/3 of a 12-ounce bag tortilla chips
- Optional toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, sliced jalapeños, guacamole, black olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmering until liquid evaporates.
- Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. Layer cheese, beef mixture, and tortilla chips in the pan, repeating until all ingredients are used. End with cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, then flip onto a platter. Add toppings and serve immediately.
