- Eggs (as instructed by the mix)
- Oil (as per mix instructions)
- Water (as per mix instructions)
- Strawberry or raspberry jam (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips or melting wafers
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut brownies into hearts.
- Optional: Spread jam on half of the hearts and sandwich them together.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip brownie hearts halfway into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes until chocolate sets.
