- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix (heat-treated)
- 2–4 tbsp milk
- 1 cup mix-ins (mini chocolate chips, M&M’s, peanut butter chips, etc.)
Instructions
- Heat-treat the brownie mix in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the heat-treated brownie mix, mixing until smooth.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Stir in mix-ins like chocolate chips or M&M’s.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, refrigerate to firm up.
