Description

A rich, creamy, no-bake Brownie Batter Dip that tastes just like classic brownie batter—without raw eggs or flour. Perfect for dipping fruit, cookies, and pretzels.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix (heat-treated)
  • 24 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup mix-ins (mini chocolate chips, M&M’s, peanut butter chips, etc.)

Instructions

  • Heat-treat the brownie mix in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, then let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Add the whipped topping and mix until combined.
  • Gradually add the heat-treated brownie mix, mixing until smooth.
  • Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Stir in mix-ins like chocolate chips or M&M’s.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
