Ingredients

For the Topping:

1 cup sifted flour (or almond flour)

½ cup cold butter (or coconut oil)

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons lemon zest (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Toss blueberries with flour and sugar. Spread in the dish.

In a bowl, combine topping ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.
