    • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

    • 2 large eggs
    • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • Filling:
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Activate yeast in warm milk with 1 teaspoon of sugar for 10 minutes.
  • Mix yeast mixture with sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  • Let the dough rise for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  • Roll out dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and top with blueberries.
  • Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  • Let the rolls rise for 30–45 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over warm rolls and serve.
