- ¼ cup water or beef broth
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp arrowroot flour

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Thinly slice flank steak against the grain and mix with coconut aminos, baking soda, and arrowroot flour. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together coconut aminos, water, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and arrowroot flour in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables: Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then stir-fry broccoli and carrots for 3-4 minutes. Add bell peppers and cook for another minute.
- Sear the Beef: Push the veggies to the side, add 1-2 tbsp oil, and sear beef slices for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
- Combine Everything: Pour in the stir fry sauce and mix until evenly coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve: Enjoy hot over steamed rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate the beef overnight.
- Swap beef for chicken, shrimp, or tofu for variation.
- Add a splash of water while cooking if the sauce thickens too much.
