- Low-Sodium Soy Sauce: ¼ cup
- Beef Broth: ⅓ cup
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Hoisin Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Cook the Ramen: Boil ramen noodles for 2–3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet, season beef with salt and pepper, and sear for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Broccoli: In the same skillet, steam broccoli with ½ cup water for 2–3 minutes. Remove the lid and let excess water evaporate.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic, ginger, and scallion whites to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine and Finish: Add beef back to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and stir until thickened. Add ramen noodles, toss to coat, and heat through.
- Serve: Garnish with scallion greens, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes.
