  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup cornstarch (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Garnish: Green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Coat with cornstarch: Lightly dredge each piece in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  • Pan-fry the salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  • Make the sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  • Toss the salmon: Coat the crispy salmon bites in the Bang Bang sauce and toss gently.
  • Garnish and serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy over rice, in tacos, or as an appetizer.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
