Healthy, naturally sweetened cookies made with bananas, oats, and chocolate chips. Perfect for snacks, breakfast, or dessert!
Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
– ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
– Pinch of salt
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– ¼ cup almond butter
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet.
2. Mix oats, walnuts, chocolate chips, and salt.
3. Mash bananas; add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Drop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

– Riper bananas mean sweeter cookies.
– Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
