Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon, then mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar, honey, or melted chocolate.
