Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the chicken.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
