Description

This Baked Mayo Parmesan Chicken is an ultra-easy, creamy, and crispy main dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. It’s made with pantry staples and takes less than 10 minutes of prep.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

  • Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the chicken.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.

  • Broil during the last 2 minutes for a crispier top.

  • Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts.
