Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (plus more to taste)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
