Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (plus more to taste)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1½ lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through.
