Description

These Bacon Cheeseburger Tortilla Roll-Ups combine all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a crispy, cheesy tortilla wrap. Perfect for a quick dinner, snack, or party appetizer, these roll-ups are easy to make and incredibly delicious.

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup diced pickles (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  • Season the Meat: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay tortillas flat, sprinkle cheese evenly, add the beef mixture, then top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles.
  • Roll Tightly: Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito, tucking in the sides.
  • Crisp the Roll-Ups: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place roll-ups seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces or serve whole with dipping sauces.
