- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup diced pickles (optional)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Season the Meat: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay tortillas flat, sprinkle cheese evenly, add the beef mixture, then top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles.
- Roll Tightly: Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito, tucking in the sides.
- Crisp the Roll-Ups: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place roll-ups seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces or serve whole with dipping sauces.
