Ingredients

3 hard-boiled eggs, halved

1 large ripe avocado

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

Peel hard-boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

Add avocado to yolks and mash until smooth.

Mix in lime juice, cilantro (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.

Garnish with paprika (optional) and serve.
