Description

  • 10 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)

Instructions

  • Drain the mandarin oranges, pineapple, and cherries thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, combine the drained fruit, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and Cool Whip until smooth.
