- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (or Parmesan)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Lay the tortilla flat and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the tortilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove, let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges or strips. Serve immediately with marinara or ranch.
