Description

This Air Fryer Tortilla Garlic Bread is a quick and crispy twist on classic garlic bread. Made with a tortilla, butter, garlic, and cheese, it’s ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish for pasta and soups.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (or Parmesan)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
  • Lay the tortilla flat and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  • Place the tortilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove, let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges or strips. Serve immediately with marinara or ranch.
