Ingredients

1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 red onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Pinch of black pepper

1 (12 oz) package chicken sausage, sliced into ¾-inch rounds
Instructions

Chop bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into 1-inch pieces.

Toss vegetables in a large bowl with avocado oil.

Mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Sprinkle seasoning over veggies and toss to coat.

Add sliced sausage and toss again.

Preheat air fryer to 390°F if needed.

Spray basket with cooking spray and add sausage-veggie mix in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes, tossing halfway.
