For the Chicken:

  • lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 1½ Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 6 skewers (metal or soaked bamboo)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated

  • 1 Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes (skip if using metal).

  • In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning. Thread 7–8 pieces onto each skewer.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place skewers in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes.

  • While cooking, mix garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.

  • Flip skewers, brush with butter, and air fry for another 7 minutes or until internal temp hits 165°F.

  • Flip one last time, brush with remaining butter, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use chicken breasts for a leaner option, but reduce cooking time slightly.

  • Add lemon zest to the garlic butter for a fresh, citrusy twist.
