Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces

1½ Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning

1 Tbsp olive oil

6 skewers (metal or soaked bamboo)
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced or grated

1 Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning

½ tsp kosher salt

⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes (skip if using metal).

In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning. Thread 7–8 pieces onto each skewer.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place skewers in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes.

While cooking, mix garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.

Flip skewers, brush with butter, and air fry for another 7 minutes or until internal temp hits 165°F.

Flip one last time, brush with remaining butter, and serve hot.
