  • 4 chicken sausages, sliced (Italian, spicy, garlic & herb, or your favorite variety)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 large zucchini, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken sausages, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion.

  • Drizzle with olive oil, and add garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

  • Arrange the sausage and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
