Ingredients

4 chicken sausages, sliced (Italian, spicy, garlic & herb, or your favorite variety)

2 cups broccoli florets 
- 
1 red bell pepper, sliced 
- 
1 large zucchini, sliced 
- 
1 red onion, sliced 
- 
2 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 tsp garlic powder 
- 
1 tsp paprika 
- 
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional) 
- 
Salt & pepper to taste 
- 
Fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional) 
Instructions
- 
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. 
- 
In a large bowl, combine the chicken sausages, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. 
- 
Drizzle with olive oil, and add garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Arrange the sausage and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 
- 
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
