For the Beef & Green Beans:

1 lb Flank or Sirloin Steak, cut into strips

1/2 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Sesame Oil

For the Sauce:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Water
-
3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

1 tsp Ginger Paste
-
2 tsp Minced Garlic
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Beef & Green Beans: Toss steak and green beans with olive oil and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Air Fry: Place beef and green beans in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, Swerve, ginger paste, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until thickened.

Combine & Serve: Toss cooked beef and green beans with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
