  • For the Beef & Green Beans:

    • 1 lb Flank or Sirloin Steak, cut into strips

    • 1/2 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed

    • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

    • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • For the Sauce:

    • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

    • 1/4 cup Water

    • 3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

    • 1 tsp Ginger Paste

    • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

    • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • For Garnish:

    • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

  • Prepare Beef & Green Beans: Toss steak and green beans with olive oil and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Air Fry: Place beef and green beans in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  • Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, Swerve, ginger paste, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until thickened.

  • Combine & Serve: Toss cooked beef and green beans with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, air fry the beef strips for an additional 2–3 minutes.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
